Return & Refund Policy (Saree, Dress & Suit Set Products)

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or stitched products
  • Products bought during sale or clearance (unless damaged)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process

  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of the issue within the return window.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality check of returned product.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be transferred via bank/UPI.

5. Exchange Option

  • Exchange is allowed for size or product replacement (subject to availability).
  • Price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
